why need to follow others? Dont you have your own unique characteristics? something that you are proud about yourself?
For me, it is important to be who you are. ignore negative talk from others. you know yourself better.
why bother to be someone else?

hi everyone. it has been two months i'm searching for company to be an intern.  but I am not yet received any call from all the companies. Its near to 30 companies that I have sent the application, in which some of them I did not remember either I have applied or not. TT.TT
When I realize, it also from my fault which I did not update with the company.  TT I am a bit shy to call and ask for the status of my application.
If by e-mail, I am not sure if I am using a appropriate words to ask. >.<
I hope that I will manage to find a company to intern at. Or else, I need to postpone my internship. Hopefully everything will be right on track.
